Malcolm Hein attended the University of Michigan as a Journalism major and put his pen down for a long while to start and raise his family. He has enjoyed working as an aerial photographer, a foundry laborer, a hospital orderly and a business owner. During the last decade he returned to school for information technology where he had worked for the last few years. Recently he took an early retirement and has arrived full circle becoming immersed in a variety of writing projects while continuing to explore the Newburyport area.
