Arts & Entertainment

Newburyport and the North Shore offer residents a strong selection of Arts and Entertainment options throughout the year.

In the summer we all have a special fondness for outdoor movies, concerts, plays and sporting events held under the endless blue sky. During the colder months we are also fortunate to have the MRT in Lowell, Newburyport Firehouse Art Center, the North Shore Music Theatre in Beverly and the Peabody Essex Museum in addition to college productions at UNH and large scale performances an hour away in Boston.

The list is endless for treasure hunters but we will try to highlight the best and most interesting here for you to consider. Art in all forms can teach and inspire us if we stay open to hearing it.
