I recently purchased a condo in downtown Newburyport. The whole process from beginning to end was very efficient, thanks to John Wells. From the minute I met him, I trusted him 100%. My interests were always of upmost concern. He never rushed me, or persuaded my decisions. He was very knowledgeable about real estate and the Newburyport market. John also works with a team of professionals that are as passionate as him. I feel so lucky that he represented me. I would recommend him to anyone. All in all he is a wonderful person.

My wife and I have been working with John Wells for about a year now. John has a great knowledge about real estate and he is willing to fight for the little guy. We have a price range that tops out at about $200,000 and he has worked as if it was a million dollar price range. John has been very versatile about showings and on a few occasions we called him about a house (we wanted to see) and 2 hours later he was showing us the property. Throughout this entire process we have learned a lot about buying real estate from John. He has always been professional and it has been great to work with him. The most important thing about John is that we always felt had out best interests in mind.
