Steve is a graduate of Norwich University, the nation’s oldest private military college. He earned his B.S. in Business & Finance. Upon graduating, he began his career in the Southern California real estate market where he immediately made a name for himself as the “go to” broker for locating undervalued investment properties. A year later, he founded Sell My Own Real Estate.Com, an online real estate platform where home owners could list and sell their own property, which he later sold to Blue Diamond Mortgage, LLC.
Upon moving back to Boston, Steve went on to be a top producer at New England’s largest mortgage lender and eventually left to start up, SJ Martin Consulting and Development Co. where his “out of the box” real estate investment strategies featured him on CBS Channel 4 news. In 2008, Steve was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to assist in the makeover of Fenway Park, a $285+ million renovation project that included additional seating in both Left & Right Field.
In 2010, inspired by a strong desire to do something bigger than himself, he created and founded the b Positive Project brand. A socially responsible t-shirt and apparel company that hosted and sponsored well over 500+ fundraising events. The company’s mission, positive attitude and loyal followers helped raise over $100k for hundreds of non-profits throughout New England. Steve later sold the company in 2015.
Steve services Boston & the North Shore and primarily works with people looking to buy and sell investment property.
When he’s not listing property or showing property, he can be seen in Amesbury where he lives with his fiancé and 3 children. He runs, coaches youth football, surfs, hikes, and likes to relax with his family.

After obtaining an Honors Fine Arts Dance degree on full scholarship, Hannah pursued her dance career while supplementing her income working in Boston, pitching individuals on the public streets to sponsor impoverished children. She exceeded required benchmarks for two year commitments, and this sparked her desire to work in sales to help people. Real estate was a natural progression, inspired by her grandfather’s brokerage.
In her first year with Gateway Real Estate in Boston, she rented $85,000 in apartments, won the Best New Agent award, and was promoted to Trainer. Eager for more knowledge, she moved into Sales and worked directly for the #1 Agent in New England as a Listing and Marketing Manager. She listed over 200 properties from soup-to-nuts, working with sellers and builders every step of the way, from small condos to million dollar homes. She discovered a love for photography and photo editing, and thrived with paperwork and organization.

Lani has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. For many years, she not only actively practiced real estate but was also responsible for training and developing software tools for real estate agents.
